Bob Hurlbut

Bob Hurlbut has been the Director of the Ellison Foundation since November of 2012. He has over 30 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and is the founder of Rainier Scholars, a Seattle-based nonprofit dedicated to cultivating the academic potential and leadership skills of students of color. Ryan Webb
Community Engagement Officer
Ryan Webb joined the foundation as a Program Officer in July of 2022. His past non-profit experience includes working with Washington State Special Olympics and the A-Plus program. He’s also received a certificate in non-profit management from the University of Washington. Most recently, he was associated with the WNBA’S Seattle Storm, including the last eight years as a member of the coaching staff. Ryan is a graduate of Seattle University and lives with his wife Jeni and their four children in Seattle.
